The role entails defining requirements, visualizing and conceptualizing graphics for Social Media, Brand websites, and any communication with the user.
Conceptualizing design concepts and visuals based on the requirements. Prepare rough drafts and present new ideas for brand design. Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics to develop original content. Creating graphics, layouts, and illustrations for branded content on the website, social media platforms, and email communication with the customers. Working closely with copywriters and content team to understand the requirements and align the final output. Ensuring Brand guidelines and appeal of final graphics and layouts. Testing graphics across media and making refinements based on the effectiveness. Assisting the performance marketing team in content for advertising campaigns.
Undergraduate / Postgraduate / Relevant Diploma
• Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details. • Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies. • Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates. • Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms. • Removing job advertisements from job boards and social media platforms once vacancies have been filled. • Assisting in the planning of company events. • Preparing and sending rejection emails to candidates. • Coordinating new hire orientations. • Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.

Internship Duties and Responsibilities in Graphic Design:
- Follow company requirements and execute projects on time by creating and designing print and digital materials
- Image retouching and manipulation
- Work with a range of media and graphic design technologies
- Develop design concepts in collaboration with the Lead Designer and Graphic Designer.
- Listen to the Lead Designer and Graphic Designer suggestions and make any required modifications.
Requirements:
- Graphic Design major preferred.
- Basic knowledge of layouts, typography, line composition, color, and other graphic design fundamentals.
- Strong creative and analytical skill
- Compelling portfolio of graphic design work.
